New Changes for 2010 -
As of Jan 1, 2010 all Occupational First Aid
and equivalent certificates will be valid for 3 years.
Also, as of Jan 1, 2010 for Level 2 and 3
Occupational First Aid candidates are no longer required to provide a Medial
Certificate OF Fitness.
Effective Jan 1, 2010 WorkSafeBC has
eliminated the granting of EMR to Level 3 equivalencies. All EMRs that
intend to work as OFAA in industry must successfully complete a Paramedic in
Industry Course.
Paramedics in Industry - 4 hour course
Cost: $85.00 per person
Date: Last Saturday of each month - Next One - Jan 30
(8:30am-12:30pm)
Next Dates: Feb 27, Mar 27.
