OFA Level 1, 2, 3 Instructor Programs

COST:  $895.00

Level 1 Instructor Program: 
        *  July 28 - August 1, 2008
        *  December 8 - 12, 2008 

One week program  8:30 am - 4:30 pm

You must hold a current OFA 2 certificate or higher to apply

COST:  $1,100.00

Two week program  8:30 am - 4:30 pm

You must hold a current OFA 3 certificate for at least 4 years to apply
