Level 1 Instructor Program:

        *  July 26 - 30, 2010

        *  December 6 - 10, 2010

COST:  $895.00

One week program  8:30 am - 4:30 pm

You must hold a current OFA 2 certificate or higher to apply

COST:  $1,100.00

Only the top (7) seven candidates will be accepted.

Two week program  8:30 am - 4:30 pm

You must hold a current OFA 3 certificate for at least 4 years to apply
